Chief Executive Officer (CEO)

Openings: 1   Location: 1286 Wilson Avenue #706, North York, ON   Schedule: Full-time leadership role.

What you will do

• Lead the vision, mission, strategy, funding and partnerships of LHS
• Report to the Board of Directors; guide the COO, CTOs and Program Director
• Oversee budgets, grants, donor relations and progress toward charitable status
• Ensure quality, safety, privacy and compliance across programs

What you bring

• Senior leadership experience, ideally in health, social services or non-profit management
• Strong financial and governance knowledge
• Commitment to inclusion, anti-racism and accessibility
• Police Vulnerable Sector check
