Program Facilitator

Openings: 2   Location: 1286 Wilson Avenue #706, North York, ON   Schedule: Weekdays and/or weekends; schedule to be confirmed.

What you will do

• Plan and lead daily activities: arts, music, wellness, life skills and social programs
• Organize accessible community outings and membership events
• Adapt activities to each person's abilities and goals
• Work with PSWs and record participation in the User Portal

What you bring

• Experience in recreation, education, arts or disability support
• PSW, recreation or related certificate an asset
• Police Vulnerable Sector check; CPR
• Creativity, energy and respect for every participant
