Personal Support Worker (PSW)

Openings: 2   Location: 1286 Wilson Avenue #706, North York, ON   Schedule: Part-time, 5 hours per day, 10:00 AM to 3:00 PM, with possible full-time hours from 8:30 AM to 4:00 PM.

What you will do

• Provide assisted care, personal hygiene care and supervision to adult clients with physical and mental challenges
• Support mobility, eating, toileting and medication assistance according to care plans and training
• Record daily progress notes for each client in the User Portal
• Keep the space clean and sanitized; other duties as assigned

What you bring

• PSW certificate
• Police Vulnerable Sector check; medical clearance against TB
• WHMIS (yearly) and CPR (every 3 years); a course on mental health
• Compassion, patience and teamwork
